Shipping Policy 🚚
Where We Ship: Currently, Noisy Lion ships to all provinces and territories across Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time (but expansion is on our radar – stay tuned!).
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery Times: We ship from Ontario, Canada. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:
- GTA Area - One day

Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days

Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 3–7 business days

Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, PE, NL): 3–7 business days

Northern regions & remote areas: 5–10 business days (delivery may take a bit longer to rural or remote locations)
Please note these are estimates – actual delivery may vary slightly depending on carrier and seasonal volume (e.g., holidays, weather conditions).
Shipping Rates:

Free Shipping: We offer free Canadawide shipping on orders over $25 CAD (after discounts, before tax). Yay!

Standard Shipping: For orders under $25, shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We partner with reliable carriers (Canada Post, UPS, etc.) to get you the best rate and service. Typically, standard shipping costs $5–$8 for most small parcels.

We currently do not offer express or expedited shipping options through the website. If you need a rush delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Tracking: All orders include a tracking number. You’ll be emailed a link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package’s journey in real time. If you create an account at checkout, you can also log in to view order status and history.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, first check the tracking for any updates or notices (sometimes carriers will leave a notice if they attempted delivery). If it appears lost or stuck in transit, reach out to us at jing.xue@noisylion.ca. We’ll contact the carrier on your behalf and make sure you get your order – whether that means locating the original or sending a replacement.
Local Pickup: At this time, we do not have a local pickup option (we are an e-commerce warehouse facility, not a retail storefront).
Return & Refund Policy 💰
We want you to love everything you purchase from Noisy Lion. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns: Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of litter bags that have been opened or used. If you have multiple bags and only used one, we can accept the others that remain factory-sealed.

To initiate a return, please email jing.xue@noisylion.ca with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and an RMA (return authorization).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a product defect (see below). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure it reaches us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the return for the refund to appear on your account.
Refunds: If your returned product meets the above conditions, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (minus any original shipping charges if the order didn’t qualify for free shipping). You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few days to post to your account.
Exchanges: At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges through the site. If you need a different product or variant, the best approach is to return the unused item for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you want. Feel free to contact us if you need assistance with choosing a new product – we’re happy to help!
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received an item that was damaged in transit or we sent you the wrong product, we apologize and will make it right ASAP. Email us at jing.xue@noisylion.ca with your order number and a description of the issue (photos are helpful, too). We will usually send a replacement out immediately at no cost to you, or offer a full refund if you prefer.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Your happiness with our products is important. If you’ve used a product and are truly unsatisfied with the results, please reach out to us. While opened items typically aren’t eligible for a traditional return, we do handle such cases on a one-on-one basis. We might offer a store credit or an alternative solution. Our goal is that you and your cat are fully satisfied with Noisy Lion.
