1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During promotional events or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery.
2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all provinces in Canada, excluding PO Boxes and remote locations with limited carrier access.

Primary service areas: Ontario and Quebec (standard delivery 2–4 business days)

Extended areas: British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Atlantic Canada (standard delivery 4–7 business days)
For customers outside Canada, please visit our Amazon storefront for international availability.
3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after dispatch.
4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over CA $49 (before taxes and discounts).

Orders below CA $49 will incur a flat rate of CA $9.99 within Ontario and Quebec.

For Western Canada and Atlantic provinces, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on postal code.
5. Delivery Time Estimates

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

Provide your order number and tracking information so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
