Noisy Lion 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

Trying Noisy Lion for the first time? We make it risk-free. If you're a first-time customer and your order includes a 2-pack of our cat litter, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no reason needed.

No need to ship anything back. Litter is heavy, and returning it costs more than it's worth for everyone. Just email us at info@noisylion.ca with your order number and let us know what didn't work — that feedback helps us more than the product back.

Guarantee eligibility: first-time customers only, on a single 2-pack cat litter purchase. One guarantee refund per household. 6-packs, bulk bundles, 12 kg bags, and repeat orders aren't eligible for no-reason refunds.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

This applies to every order, every size: please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@noisylion.ca with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

A tip before you write in

If the problem is clumps sticking to the bottom of the pan, try filling the box to at least 3 inches (7 cm) of litter first — that solves it the large majority of the time, and we'd rather you end up with litter that works than with a refund.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to post it.
